The Journey

Dear Traveler,

With nearly 20 years in the travel industry, I naturally became a connector: the person people came to when they were searching for their next adventure or looking for the perfect hire. Over time, I realized that what lit me up most was helping others find that just-right job match.

But between my 9–5 (and let’s be honest, my 5–9), I didn’t have the space to dedicate myself fully to this passion. So Career Collective was born.

An offshoot of Adventure Collective, Career Collective is a community-driven platform designed to empower people through inspiring travel and hospitality job opportunities around the world. Whether you’re searching for your next adventure or looking to grow your team, Career Collective brings together passionate humans who love this industry as much as you do.
